MEDICAL, DENTAL, AND VISION PLANS OFFERED
Medical Insurance – SoGo offers a comprehensive primary medical plan through BlueCross and BlueShield of Alabama, as well as a secondary medical plan through OptiMed Insurance. OptiMed Alliance is considered a gap insurance, meaning that it provides reimbursement for certain medical out-of-pocket expenses. SoGo contributes greatly to each of these plans competitively.
Voluntary Life and AD&D - Employees who want to supplement their group life and AD&D insurance benefits may purchase additional coverage.
401K - Full time employees are eligible to participate in our 401K program that offers a company match.
Paid Time Off – to include Vacation and Holidays
Vision – Full time employees are offered vision insurance through Lincoln Financial. Coverage is offered on a voluntary basis.
