SoGo operates a modern, fully integrated facility with extensive capabilities.
From precision blending and advanced pasteurization to flexible packaging lines and a 90,000 sq. ft. finished goods warehouse, our facility is designed for efficiency and scale. Backed by several industry certifications, our rigorous quality assurance systems ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality products.
Ingredient & Packaging Storage
Our facility features stainless steel tanks for liquid sucrose, treated water, and bulk concentrates, with both ambient and refrigerated storage. We also offer large-scale dry storage for bottles, caps, and packaging materials, as well as temperature-controlled space for labels and other sensitive items.
Batching
Our batching system includes multiple stainless steel blend and product tanks with PLC controls, high-shear mixers, and a dedicated tea extraction system with brewing, heat exchange, and storage capabilities—designed for precision, efficiency, and consistency.
Processing
Our production lines use advanced heat exchangers for pasteurization, cooling, and product temperature control. The system ensures precise hold times, rapid cooling, and consistent product quality.
Packaging
We offer flexible packaging across multiple production lines, handling a wide range of bottle sizes and finishes. Capabilities include full wrap, spot, and shrink sleeve labeling, with case and tray pack options to meet diverse retail and display needs.
Finished Goods Storage
Our 90,000 sq. ft. warehouse features 10 loading docks and capacity for up to 40 outbound loads per day. Integrated with our ERP, the warehouse management system ensures accuracy with pallet-level tracking, while a visitor management system maintains secure and efficient inbound/outbound operations.
Quality Assurance
We are FSSC 22000 and Kosher (OU & OK) certified, with rigorous testing and monitoring to ensure every product meets the highest standards. Our electronic quality system tracks production, compliance, and testing data in real time, while routine checks verify product integrity, process control, and packaging accuracy.
